What’s more “important” fasting or davening?

I fasted today but didn’t daven and I felt SO bad. But I talked to hashem and then realized I forgot to wash negel vasser and I’m still wondering if hashem heard my words….
(Idk how negel vasser on Yom Kippur works…by the time I woke up my husband was away at shul.)
Eta
I was told my by Rav that fasting is the most important part of Yom Kippur even more important than davening. If I start feeling weak to care for my baby I can drink shiurim.
Spent the day in bed basically.

Not only did HaShem hear you , HaShem knows your most inner thoughts without you telling Him. So negel vasser or not, you were heard. By the way you wash your hands up to your knuckles on Yom Kippur.

Fasting 100%.
Better a husband not daven so his wife can fast.

No need for quotes. The actual main mitzvah of the day is to fast. If a woman needs help her husband should not go to shul, in order that she can fast.

I feel absolutely terrible because I didn't daven or fast
If there was one year I needed to do something, it was this year. Ugh.
