It gave me major reflux this year, so I didn't drink more than 1 drink. I used it another year and it helped, but I don't think more than just generally drinking a lot for 3 days before the fast. I do like the taste of it.

I tried it for tisha B’Av but I didn’t really notice that it made a difference, so I didn’t bother making it again before Yom Kippur.
