Bake uncovered at 400 for approx 30 minutes to get a crust (so may be a bit shorter or longer dependingon your oven and pan size), take out, cover tightly in foil, put another open 9x13 half filled with water on a lower shelf, drop temp to 200 and you can forget about it. Comes out great every time.
