You'll get best quality at Marshall's/TJ Maxx. Otherwise D'rose has and they recommend stuffing the queen size into a standard pillow case for optimal firmness.

Thank you all. I tried some of your recommendations. I ended up buying several $7 standard pillows at target for same day pickup. All my yom tov guest will have new pillows. Yay!
