ISO Easy recipe for HUGE chicken thighs

My DH bought a large pack of very large chicken thighs. I baked a few with spices and they taste very chewy and untasty. Any ideas what to do with them? I am ready to throw them out.

Sounds like they need more seasoning and more baking.
The ones that you already baked: Sprinkle with more salt & garlic powder on the bottom of each piece, then under the skin on the top as well.
Then spoon on to each piece your favorite sauce (duck sauce, BBQ sauce, etc).
Bake uncovered at 375 for another 45 minutes.

There is something different with this chicken. The pieces are huge and it affects taste. I like smaller pieces they taste better. Any good simple recipes?

You sure they aren’t turkey legs?
My go to for very tasty and soft chicken legs is this:
Mix salt, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika to form a spice mix. Rub mix under chicken skins. Pour a can of cranberry over everything (jellied or berries) and bake covered on 350 for at least two hours.
