Sarah Rivkah Kohn's organization is wonderful.
I don't Think you'll be able too reach anyone over YT, but SHLOIME'S CLUB and LINKS are an excellent address

If they’re Williamsburg or Monroe type they’d feel more comfortable with ohr chodosh. The one at risk though would probably like shlomies club better. Bein Ish also offers services after a parent passes away from illness like YT packages etc.

For the mother:
Organization for almanos is samcheinu.
I don't know if they provide counseling or therapy referral.
Links and shloimes club are for regular frum kids (sefardi, yeshivish, chabad, heimish, MO, chassidish... The whole gamut) that list a parent
They have therapy referral, can help counsel mother, have activities for the kids multiple times a year, an annual shabbaton, and lots more (like this past year they had subsidized art and music classes)
