I work in a day care with many unvaccinated frum women. I think the mandate requiring vaccinations goes into effect this Monday. I haven't heard a word of guidance from HR. Does anyone work for the frum agencies like yeled who heard any update?

I heard: They have allowed medical and religious exemptions. So many will probably use those exemptions or leave their job if they can't.

How does the religious exemption work? All the frum women are in the same boat. If it works and is allowed for some it should be allowed for all, no?

Not all exemptions are being accepted. For example the doe denied all religious exemptions.

All religious exemptions were denied other than those who are jehovah's witnesses and christian science.
As for medical accommodations, they only accepted those who are on immunosuppressants.
Three teachers in my school quit over this.
