Do you know of any public Sukkah near Mineola or Massapequa (ideally between the 2 or very close to either) or pizza shops with decent Sukkahs?

I don't know about public sukkahs, but along the way you'll pass near YI of Merrick and Shaarei Zedek of East Meadow. Many shuls in smaller communities like these have public sukkahs, so it's highly likely that you could find there. West Hempstead is also not far out of the way, and I'd be shocked if the YI there doesn't have one.
