I saw this recipe for pretzel crusted schnitzel in the evergreen yomtov booklet they gave out... does anyone have it to post? All I remember is that the Mayo part had some maple syrup

The one on skewers?
1 cup mayo
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce
Pretzel crumbs
Preheat oven 350
Cut each cutlet into strips lengthwise, pull thru skewer
First dip into mayo mixer then the crumbs and hang over narrow side of 9x13 pan leaving space.
Bake 30 min

The pretzel one
1 cup mayo
2-3 TBS maple syrup
1 TBS soy sauce
Pretzel crumbs
I don't see one wirh rice krispies but with corn flakes.
