Register on the ArriveCan app. It will speed up your processing at the border.
Enjoy your trip!

I cant register through arrivecan and not sure what to do

is arrive can necessary before entry or can I hand my documents to them there?

whatabout my 8 mo old baby who isnt vaccinated but has a negative pcr test?

The port of entry is St-Bernard de Lacolle (Highway 15)
You don't have to use ArriveCan, but it speeds things up at the border.
If both parents are vaccinated, the baby can enter. Children under age 5 don't need a pcr test.

Officially arrivecan is required and they can force you to complete 14 day quarantine or even turn you away if you do not complete it. Its really up to the border agents mood that day.
