I used to be very nutrition and health minded. Life got too hectic after my 3rd baby and I completely let it go. I try to serve well rounded suppers but other than that my kids subsist on snack bags, pretzels, cereal and milk, bread with cream cheese, noodles, etc. Now, 3 more kids later, I am no less stressed but I would like to do better for myself and my husband and kids. But I'm not up to doing anything that will spark resistance. My kids are usually open to fruit and vegetables, but not whole wheat, for example.
I need some ideas for very easy, practical baby steps!

Whole wheat thin spaghetti, and with a sauce that disguises the color. It got my kids to start eating whole wheat pastas.

Choose healthier cereals and pour in some maple syrup to sweeten it instead of sugar.

Try frozen fruit instead of some of the snacks.

See if there is any whole wheat bread they don't mind (the Windmill Farms is less "yucky" for my kids than some other breads).

Put a bowl of fruit on the counter with a bunch of options. Often we eat based on what we see. For the same reason, conveniently cut fruit or veggies in the fridge will probably get eaten.

You can use white spelt flour, healthier than reg white. Also, whole wheat pretzels taste same like reg. And try to get "healthier" snacks like popcorn, plain chips, bamba.
And as the previous poster said, always have cut up fruits and veggies available. Kids love it! Our favorites are: Mango, grapes, apple slices, mango, clementines, banana...... cut up peppers, carrot sticks, cucumbers, kolrabi.....

If you serve juice, try diluting it slowly. Add a bit of water, then a bit more, etc.

I wound add things (fresh fruit, salad/cut veggies, roasted veggies) rather than take things away. Balance is key
