Baked covered? Uncovered? On parchment paper? Straight on the pan?

I've ever done it on parchment. And yes, it's a lot of honey. It comes out very sweet.

I made this today and it came out very good. I used 1/2 the amount of honey and about 1.5 tbsp more of onion soup mix.
