Does any screen time control program exist for a desktop?
I really need something to help me focus on work and not from clicking away on different tabs and distracting stuff while I work.
Is there anything you've used in the past to keep you motivated and focused?
I know on a iPad there's a browser block but it wouldn't work for a desktop as I need different sites while working.
Any tips?

https://getcoldturkey.com - thank me later.
However, this is only useful if you just need a little push. If Screen Time works on an iPad for you, then Cold Turkey will work on your computer. If you get around Screen Time (hi, self) then it will not likely help much.

Maybe a bit different, but at work, whenever there are fewer or no customers, I am tempted to go on my phone, surf around, including being on imamother. I shouldn't do that - I'm supposed to do administrative work during low pressure times.
I keep telling myself that Hashem is watching me. I get paid for working, not for playing with my phone, and if I do that, I am stealing from my employer.
That approach doesn't work 100 percent but I do manage to keep the distractions as a sort of short breaks and return to work quickly.
If I really get carried away once in a while and surf for like half an hour, I sometimes deduct that myself from my working hours report in order to be more honest.

I know it sounds counterintuitive but I put on episodes of tv on my phone and it helps me focus on what I'm doing. I tell my friend I'm 'zoning in'

Also, brain.fm is really helpful.
(They have a free trial and a few free songs on YouTube, but if you get bored of music easily, you should subscribe.)
