Has anyone heard of a shabbos door bell that works with pressurized air that blows the cover off of a box revealing a flashing light inside?
Or any other Shabbos friendly doorbell?
If yes where can I purchase one? Thanks!

Maybe you can get a door knocker.

Is there a reason old fashioned knocking won't work? Maybe we can brainstorm a simpler solution

In lots of yekkishe shuls there is a shabbos bell, je pull a robe and you ring a bell basicially... Some people don't use it because it is close to making music.

Yep- you can knock really loud, but you can't use a door knocker.
OP, I'm wondering about the need for a doorbell. Is there a specific reason?
