I have it and am very happy bh
only thing I don't like is that the buttons don't press as easily as I would have liked but otherwise It works well for me

Hubby has it. No issues. Setting up was a hassle, they couldn't take the cc number bec they were working from home. I think it was the height of covid tho. Things are better now I think.

Their LG flip phone is horrid. Super slow. Takes literally few seconds to respond after pressing less. Keeps jamming.

officially the phone is locked to tracfone for a year or you pay $100 to unlock but I found a carrier that gives service for the phone without unlocking it

yes and the internet keeps stoping randomly
