I'm having a few special guests for the shabbos evening seuda and need some ideas of what salads and sides will go well with a Moroccan beef stew and herbed couscous.

Challah will be served with a few dips but I need at least one salad and one extra side for the main course.

I'm a little tired of Israeli salad.

Any ideas?
