Need to make dessert for a Sheva Brachos. I'm thinking along the lines of a warm brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and cold fruit salad, but don't want to be too basic.
Any other ideas?

You can do runny chips.
It's a cupcake made out of cookie-like dough. Indent the middle right when it comes out of the oven and then fill it with a warm runny chocolate filling when serving.
Serve with scoop of ice cream.

Mason jars with strawberry shortcake and scoop ice cream in cover.
If serving dessert hot make sure you have the facilities and space to keep it warm.
