Im assuming you mean wool tzisis?
Cotton ones just go in the washer with the shirts. I put them in a net lingerie bag so the strings shouldn't tear or get stuck.

My husband soaks the tzitizis in folex carpet cleaner it doesnt have the same negative effects bleach has on wool tzitizis. 15 minutes or so and they come out super clean. Then you can do a quick rinse in the washer or sink and hang dry.

I gather the 4 sets of strings together and wrap them in foil and then coil it up so it doesn't come loose. Then I put the tzitzis into a mesh bag and throw it in with regular laundry (whites with whites and striped with regular) to wash. Then I remove all the foil and hang up to dry.

They sell in the jewish seforim stores ( I think that's where we got mine) a tzitzis thing, dunno what its called, its light blue little piece where its like a cup that goes into another cup, with a track to wrap the strings around and clicks closed. I wrap the the tzizis strings around that and wash gentle cold - it works perfect have been using for yrs and tzitzis aren't tangled after
