I needed to ask this for a friend.
One child of her is who after Tishrei restless and quickly agitated. He is 5 years old and couldn’t calm down from his agitation and restlessness last Sunday. Any tips how to put him on a schedule? Or to help him calm down?

Make him a schedule. If he can't read, draw him pictures of the time and activity then. Make him reward charts. Take hom for walks and exercise when he comes from school. Give him a warm bath and read him stories at night. Make sure he's eating nutritionally and adequately.
