No info, but Morah Chashi Tikotsky, who is hired for next year, is a wonderful, warm, long time morah in Bais Rivka Rochel. Rabbi Levy is a very experienced mechanech and I'm sure it will be a great school.

They did not end up opening this year.
I'm not sure if they are trying again.
Rabbi Levy wanted a kollel crowd even the first year and did not get the amount of kids he needed in order to open it.

And then in 3 years he's going to be looking for donors and begging people to support his school

That’s right but he can fill up an elementary very fast with nice frum erlich crowd as well
