I am trying to lose the baby weight and its very frustraring because I don't know what exersize I should be doing and if I am doing them properly.

Every day I change my mind, switching back and forth between treadmill, statinary bike exercise videos, walking outside etc. and not sticking ot anything long term.
I don't know how long I should be exercising for, so sometimes I jsut get frustrated after 10 minutes and stop.

I need help coming up with an exersize plan that is good for my body type. I would want a personal trainer who can help me with that, and with perfecting my form, over a few sessions, but not a long term thing.
any reccomendations for someone who does that kind of thing
