I meant the conversation had already moved on at that point, when you posted. You claimed I did not stop demanding an explanation to mitzvah tantz and I told you I hadn't asked for one since posters explained it pages ago. End of story. |
And at this point the conversation hasn't moved on?
(It hasn't really moved on much when I replied, it was a page later. Vs you replied to a post from more than 6 pages ago. Probably closer to 10 pages ago.)
And I didn't mean you as in you personally. I meant you as in general. Posters weren't stopping to bring it up after it being explained over and over again.
You are being very rude throughout the thread.

We literally have 34 pages of around 50% non related immature comments.
(Okay maybe not 50% I didn't actually do the math this time.)
Where are the mods when we need them!

While others are more practical….
This big difference might be why we won’t be able to pinpoint off hand what you hold as heilig etc.
Maybe an example can be there are chassidish Rebbes that hold its assur for women to learn Torah from its source, aka “inside”. While others might think it’s not only okay but the right thing to do… |
I posted this example before as something chassidim believe is assur and yeshivish people believe it’s the right thing to do…..
Can anyone who asked for one let me know if this is the case….

I wouldn't say it's the right thing to do, like we don't believe a woman gets schar for learning inside or that she needs to. It's a tool we learn that is valuable because we can look things up for ourselves if we want. So I don't know if it's a perfect example because not sure we count it as a mitzvah.

In that context Mitzvah tantz isn’t counted as a mitzvah either

I think only Satmar believes in not learning inside.
I know Bobov, Klausenburg, Vien, and most others and all neutral Chassidish schools learn inside.
