Hi my teen dd does amazing on shein. A lot of the stuff looks like great quality. She’s done well with sweaters, skirts, even shabbos dresses! Sometimes it’s hit or miss but returns are easy. They provide the label and have been reliable with the refunds.

I see it says returns are free, but only the 1st return of an order (Im not sure what tyhey mean)

After that, they charge $7 OR you can mail it back yourself.

What does return postage usually cost?

Is there a charge only for a 2nd return from the same order, and all other returns from new orders, are free?

Correct. So you order 10 things and return 5, that would be free. And the next week you decide to return 2 more, that you'd have to pay for.
But with each new order, that "first" return is free.

I'm 5'5", 145lbs and I've found some beautiful stuff from them. It's really hit or miss though. I'll buy 10 items and keep 2.
I love their shoes! They're cheap, in style, and somewhat comfortable. For the price I can have a few pairs to rotate with and not feel bad about tossing them at the end of the season[quote]

Very hit or miss with quality and sizing but it’s free returns. One free return per order. I order like 20-30 items each time and keep a few.
I do very well on it for myself, maternity and for my children.
Some quality is amazing. Some is not great…
But safe site and pretty decent ship times.

You need to look at the size chart for each item since each item runs different. Go by each item's size chart, not by your general size nor by the size you bought last time from them.
Measure yourself once and write down your measurements. Check them against the size chart of the item you are interested in.

Read the reviews. Look at the review pictures of people wearing the item to see how it lays and what the material looks like.

You can do one free return on each order. So don't set up your return until you're sure which items your keeping, so you can return all the unwanted items together.

Sundays they usually have free shipping with no minimum, so you can just buy a few items or even one and see what you think.

I've started buying a lot of things from them over the last 2 months or so. Actually, it's getting a bit addictive, I have to restrain myself! The quality is good. Sizes seem to run big rather, got a few dresses that were too long and wide and even kid's clothes are big, or maybe my kids are just short and wiry, lol, I've started ordering for a year younger, to adapt. They also have nice fashion jewelry at really cheap prices.
Haven't tried returns, I'm in Israel and find it too much of a hassle. I just keep the things and if necessary, re-sew them a bit.

I buy on shein a lot and was always lazy to do returns. This thread gave me the push to just do it for my last order. They told me to keep the item. Now I get my money back and save myself a trip to the post box. This is awesome!
PS I also love the last item. I was sad to see it’s gone.

Hi sorry if I missed it but did someone see how you return it from Israel? My girls and I order a lot and I've never returned so far. I usually just donated somewhere which I'm happy to do. But sometimes there are really expensive items that I think about ordering and I'm not sure what to do. We have been quite successful with our orders and I have certain things that I wash and wear a ton and they hold up better than things that are a lot more money.
