I'm wondering what can an NP practically expect to make. If you are an NP... how much do you earn? How many years are you working? What kind of hours is it? What kind of NP are you? Thanks!

Just started working as an NP last year, making $140k full time NJ.
nPs can be acute or family or psych, you don’t really have to sub specialise further for schooling. You can work in any field and move around at any point. I work internal medicine

I make 70K but live outside of the NY area and work part time (30 hours but with full-time benefits, very flexible scheduling). There is a vast range depending on specialty and location.

I make about 95k in PA working full time. With bonuses I can make another 10-20k.
In NYC I used to make $120k but I prefer the pace of life here.
