If a house listed is pending for a while, is it prob considered sold?

It is under contact. Can last 3 months before sale goes through.

Sometimes they don’t update that it sold right away. But usually they are under contract.

Anything's possible, contracts do fall through. But not very likely, so if it's been pending for a while I'd keep looking.

It's under contract, or the website just hasn't been updated. We recently purchased a house and already moved in, but the realtor websites still show it as pending.
