If you were vaccinated for covid, but never got covid, how high are your antibody levels, which lab did you get it tested with, and how long between the vaccination and blood test? Eta- which vaccine did you get? And how many doses?

I'm part of an ongoing study where they ask us to test approximately every six months. My last test was in July, about six months after the second dose. Antibody level 557.

(The previous test, before vaccination, was negative.)

I never had covid. Moderna vaccinated in Jan and Feb of 2021. Antibodies at the end of July were 398.

Just note, each test has its own range of what "positive" means. For example, one test I took was that more than "15" was positive.

Which vaccines did you get? Pfizer, Moderna? Which lab and which country?

I got mine tested a little less than two months after my second dose. The level was 4,380. Any number over 50 would have been considered a positive.

I had Pfizer. Both vax and lab in the US.

Did you test any later than that?

I am told that Antibody level doesn't really matter. It's how your body reacts to the immunity that matters.

That might be, but numbers go down over time and that probably has something to do with immunity going dwn also.

Yes but protection against severe disease is what is important and that should last years BH.

J&J has the best long term antibody response but it is not recommended for many age groups because of the blood clots.

I had my second dose of Pfizer in the beginning of February. I never had covid to my knowledge. My blood test at labcorp in August said my antibodies were greater than 3,500 (the top of the range)
