Dont have anyone in IRL to ask so asking here...
When doing a return to shein do I need to have the plastic bag it came in?
The bags got mixed up and I have no idea what came in each bag Can't Believe It

They prefer if it comes back in the bag it came in, but when I haven't been super careful I have still gotten my full refund. It's not hard to match the squ# on the tag of the clothing to the one on the plastic bag they came in.
