If you’ve bought an incredifall, what was the process like, since it seems to all be done online. Do you take your best guess of what you want and send it back if it’s not right?

I bought one

You measure your head and she sews hair on a band with that measurement
Then she mails it
Don't think there is anything to do about it if you're no happy

It's ok to throw on with a beanie
The band doesn't stay securely on my head I really can't understanding how people wear it with a cap or pull it down with a pony

I have one. She seems really sweet and tried to be helpful, however I found that the hair wasn't the greatest quality and the color looked pretty fake. It's relatively inexpensive so I'm happy I wore it a few times when I didn't care so much about how it looked, just for the comfort.

I'm wondering about this too. Is the hair nice and do the colors look natural?
