2 out of 2, though the first is more severe than the other, possibly because it took us much longer to figure out and start treating. The second one is more soft pandas. But the first one is in a better place than the second right now due to extensive treatment. Still figuring out causes and treatment for #2. They also present very differently.

I voted yes, one, but like amother vanilla, it wasn't current.
It was 5 years ago, almost exactly (I remember calling the rebbi before school started to tell him ds might be kicking and twitching uncontrollably due to it, but that we were getting help)
I'm out case, too, we did a long round of antibiotics. Maybe a month?

No, Baruch Hashem.

What is PANDAS? I’ve been seeing a lot of discussion about it, but I really can’t seem to get a clear picture of what is is and what causes it.

One child had it. After reading alot of medical journals I realized the connection between gut and brain and how the antibiotics is only causing more inflammation in his gut. I stopped short with antibiotics, started high doses good quality probiotics, some body work (reflexology and chiropractic adjustments) and play therapy.
He is bh healed.

Can you elaborate on this?
What kind of probiotics?
What kind of adjustments? Do you usually do chiropractor stuff?
And what does play therapy do?

I’m not sure what you are trying to get out of this poll, but just realize that whatever results you get will be skewed heavily toward people who have had experience with PANDAS, because they are significantly more likely to open a thread with PANDAS in the title
