For those that have done a low carb diet with success, I have some questions....
Is it ok to eat not such healthy fats besides for the healthy ones? Like mayo? Red meat? Cold cuts etc..
Also, can I eat unlimited veggies? Or should try to limit?

Yes to both. though be familiar with which veggies are high in carbs, and limit/omit them.
carrots, beets, butternut squash, corn, sweet potatoes, are all high in carbs.
