Equal amounts oats and milk or milk substitute, for kids I do half cup for myself I do 3/4 cup. One teaspoon honey and one teaspoon chia seeds. YUM!

I make this all the time to take to work.
1/2 cup whole oats
1 tsp peanut butter
1-2 tablespoon hemp seeds
Tiny drop of vanilla
Cinnamon
Honey or coconut sugar to taste
Unsweetened almond milk to generously cover oats
I don't even bother mixing it. Just mix it before you eat. And I make 3-4 of these on Sunday to have throughout the week. They stay good for a while.
