I have a lot of turkey left from shabbos turkey soup (it was instead of chicken soup).
Normally I would mix it with mashed potatoes and make a dish but I don't have potatoes.
Any other recipes/ideas?
Thanks.

Stir fry it with lots of vegetables.
Serve it over rice.
Add it to a tomato based sauce and serve with pasta.
Buy potatoes.

Why can’t you make your usual mashed potato dish but with turkey?
