People don't know your specific situation so they can use only their own children and lives for context. I wouldn't become concerned but others feel differently. You don't have to take all advice.

I disagree. I think you should ask someone experienced. Most boys are not going to hurt other boys even when physically violent. Telling on other boys creates social issues and life issues.

You say you want him to ‘keep it up ’
That’s not something I want for my child.
I want happiness, self awareness, healthy boundaries, inner peace and resilience for my child.
I don’t want a feeling of needing to be good, trying to be tzaddik… it stems from not feeling ‘good enough’.
Are you happy with the values you promote?

He shouldn't get involved or tell on other boys, it's not his job. He'll become known as the class tattle and he might get mocked or bullied for it. If there's something really serious going on between boys in the class that doesn't involve him, he can always tell you instead of the Rebbi.
