What do you do with all your magazines once you have finished reading them? I have a massive pile taking up so much place but feel to bad to throw them out...

Go to your local email or WhatsApp list and post that you're putting a pile of magazines out in front of your house, free for the taking. 99 percent of the time, someone will claim them. If not, you know that no one wants them and you can put them in the recycling bin with no guilt.
You can also ask a local hospital or senior's center if they are interested.

Give them to friends, deliver to the local nursing home, leave in the Mikva waiting room, leave in local little free library, give to babies to shred or older kids to cut out pix and make collages, make papier mache projects, put thru shredder and use in bottom of garbage bag to absorb fluids, or simply put in recycle bin. You can’t save everything and mags are not intended to be kept forever, never mind that your great-uncle has twenty years of Olomeinu and still reads them.

I rip out interesting articles and serials from the Mishpacha group and Ami group and Inyan and full Jr and full Aim and fill a big envelope and send it to my kids and grandkids who live in a kiruv community and can't afford subscriptions to them.
