Yes, I've seen it on ali express. But the artwork is most certainly ripped off from whomever the actual artist is. I guess the same could be said for 90% of the products on ali, but just letting you know

ETA: if you have your own picture you want converted to diamond art, you can also order that on ali. My friend did that and it looks great. So if you have a photo of a specific rav you want, that's also an option.

I don't know, but I do know that you can order a diamond art on amazon and give them the picture you want and they will print it out for you.
