can you travel to and from Israel? and back to US? What are the new rules?

Check out chaimvchessed.com and amudim.org for all the details, plus the CDC website for entering US - new rules starting Nov 8.
But basically it looks like if you are dual you're in luck. You can enter Israel with your Israeli passports (the new Nov 1 must-be-vaxxed rule seems to only apply to non-Israelis). Also can enter US unvaxxed since you are American. After Nov 8 will need a neg covid test within 1 day to board plane.
But rules change all the time esp in Israel (!!!)
