Anyone have a recipe for this? I'm looking for something like the kind that you can by premade in the supermarket. Mine usually tastes nothing like it.

From heimush simcha cookbook

Roast 1 eggplant - poke holes- wrap in foil bake 1.5 hrs (or longer) at 400. It should be soft.
Mash
Add
2 T Mayo
2 cloves crushed garlic
1.5 T lemon juice
1/3 tsp salt
2 T sugar

Can use immersion blender to make it extra creamy.
