How often do do you have a personal trainer come when you have one. I'm curious to know what it costs a month VS a gym. I obviously know it's very diff workouts.. Just I wasn't sure if it's 2x a week or 6 times..

If it makes you feel any better, I paid $100/hr for a few home sessions as a birthday gift to DH, who is into fitness. I don't regret a penny of it, I think it was one of the gifts he enjoyed most.

I've used maya orgell- I was super impressed. $40/half hour .
