Does anyone know if there's a multivitamin high in magnesium?

Why don't you take an extra magnesium supplement in addition to your multi vitamin? That's what my doctor recommended to prevent migraines when I was pregnant

None are high enough for most people’s needs.

I have a hard time taking vitamins so a combined one a day would be best. Otherwise I'll go with a calcium magnesium combo pill.

Skip the calcium, it actually dysregulates magnesium absorption. Cofactors for magnesium are b vitamins esp b1, boron, bicarbonate, and vit k2. You can also get your magnesium transdermally, as an oil rub on or foot soak. Magnesium chloride mineral drops are good. And seeking health makes a good bioavailable magnesium chewable.
