I dont know where to start.

I was thinking to put her in black tights with bloomers and a turtleneck (little leggs). anyone have links for cute baby bloomers?

I work I'm the field and always suggest to people to wear solid colors - fall photoshoots look great in creams, browns, greys, or even oranges/reds.
Try to coordinate colors with your baby and if your husband is up for wearing a coordinating color sweater otherwise it's fine if he's in white and black (which is, I'm assuming his everyday attire if you're a yeshivish couple)
Good luck!

Choose outfits that flatter your coloring. I promise, no matter how in style your baby's outfit is now, she'll find it humiliatingly out of date when she's a teenager.

No tights needed if photo shoot is indoors. Bloomers are much cuter with little legs sticking out

I’ve spent a good amount of time on photo shoots in my career, and you never ever want to wear black. Ever. You can see any detail, it looks like a blob.
Also no patterns, and bright deep colors by your face.
