I have 10-12 oz of frozen Butternut squash in my freezer what can I do that will bring out the sweetness of it in a healthy way?

Butternut squash kugel
Or simply bake with honey/agave, cinnamon, nutmeg etc.
Or make into soup - there are some delicious recipes out there. Or just add to your Shabbos chicken soup and blend.
