Anyone here purchase the newborn class from taking cara babies or any other newborn sleep help class?
I'm only interested in budget friendly options and even then I'm trying to figure out if it's worth the $ or just figure it out as I go along this isn't my first but we are struggling with naps.

Did you do the newborn only or the other courses also?
Did it help with naps?

The newborn course is $80. The website says it is videos and some FAQ. There is an ebook for purchase for months 3 & 4. And then for 5+ months class it starts getting expensive.
Is it worth it if I will only be purchasing the newborn course?
