I take it out of the package and wash it off in the sink, getting as much of the spice it comes with off as possible (otherwise it will be way too salty.)
Put in 9X13 pan, add a little water, cover, and bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours or so, till nice and soft.
I like to chill before slicing, comes out nicer.

Thank you so much!
And I can reheat covered for Friday night meal? Will it dry out?

Yes, but on a low/warm setting if it's gonna be awhile.
It will release liquid in the baking, and you can slice and reheat in this.

Do you have an Instant Pot? I've started making mine in there. Comes out perfect every time.
