I’m going to email the pediatrician and hope to have a reply by 9 tomorrow.
No fever, no other symptoms. She said she suddenly got nauseas. Wondering if I can send her to school tom. She’s 7..

Likely something didn't sit well with her. If she eats plain cereal or rice cakes or something bland and it stays down and she's feeling fine, I would send her. If she doesn't feel good, let her rest. It takes a big toll on a little body to throw up. My daughter gets back to normal right away, my son is weak for a few hours. So see how she is then. It's not catchy unless she has a virus, in which case she would probably throw up multiple times or have a lot of diarrhea too.

I wouldn’t send, or at least send late so you can see how she’s doing in the morning

You can buy pedialite in a drug store.

It's water with a little salt and sugar mixed in + some flavor.

It prevents dehydration and helps settle the stomach.

Also plain crackers.

Doctors prescribe BRAT = Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast
