There are so many, I want to get my time and moneys worth. which program helped you lose that mommy pouch for good?

I already went to PT for a while and it helped strengthen those muscles. Now I need to learn which exercises I can do at home to make it go forever.

Hi, I just wanted to update you now that I finished the course. It was great. Henna is sweet and funny and knows what she's doing. Obviously my DR didn't disappear in the course of a couple months, but it has gotten a full finger's width smaller and other conditions have greatly improved. I would absolutely recommend the class.

How would you compare doing an online course with working with a PT? Trying to figure out best way to work on this issue for myself.
