just to be fair, when you're annoyed with your husband, do you ever use an uncomplimentary word

machasheifa, slob, shlimazel, klutz ...

Sometimes, when I'm really mad. But I don't speak yiddish, so I think he uses words I don't know to make me even more mad/frustrated. Ugh, it was such a stupid argument, too.

I remember when my sister was in school and the teacher asked the class what a machashefa was and she said its a mother in law.

hey proud that was me LOL when the teacher started to talk about mother in laws I really thought she made a mistake so I asked what happened to the word machasheyfa boy did we all have a good laugh and I was dead embarrassed I forgot about that one. hehe
