Title says it all.
Ive always had chubby legs, even when skinny. Is there a way to thin naturally chubby legs
Anyway can I wear boots or booties

If you have short legs and don't have skinny calves, ankle boots or booties will be very unflattering.
This is because they make your leg look shorter as well as cutting your leg off where it starts to get wider.
Most women who don't have nice legs only wear ankle boots or short boots with pants.
You can certainly wear tall boots and they are generally very flattering if your calves aren't that attractive. This is because they effectively disguise less than perfect legs and when they end up above the skirt provide a sleeker longer look.
Also in my personal experience a boot with a heel tends to be more comfortable than a pump with a heel so that you can also get away with wearing a boot that isn't completely flat which also gives one a sleeker appearance.
If your issue is finding a boot that fits your calves there are stores that sell wide calf boots. Some of them are terrible quality but there are also some more expensive ones that are beautifully styled with lovely leather.
