I need to get a present for my new sister in law. It's for a game, has to be $10 or less and everyone has to be able to guess who the present is for. I'm stumped. I dont know her very well at all yet, they just got married and live a flight away.
Any ideas to help me out?

Thought exercise --
How would someone be able to guess...
Her initials?
Something that references shana rishona?
Something that references her hometown?
A game that somehow you make customized (for example, if it were Scrabble tape a first word on that relates to her)
Something with the same flowers or color as at her wedding?
Stationery or a rubber stamp or labels with the couple's return address on it?
A cookbook that has a favorite recipe of your brother's marked with a bookmark?
A bottle of wine with a note that says "to be opened on your first anniversary"
A snowscraper with a note "snow happy you've joined our family"
Any gift with a note that says "Her name isn't Shana, but....."
Monogrammed towel - if everyone at the party doesn't have the same last name!
Havdallah candle -note "no longer needed to find tall chassan"
A neck pillow for the plane - hints that she came on a plane!
A nice luggage tag - same idea
Ringholder (hints that she got a new ring!)
Have fun!

Maybe something for her new house/apt. Welcome mat, his/hers mugs, something from amazing savings like a lucite washing cup or Aishes chayil sign, a vase...

Thank you for all those ideas. I'm going to look around.
If anyone has more to add I'll be back again
