Rabbi Weinberger's Mesivta in Lakewood

Hi,
Rabbi Weinberger's Mesivta was one of those recommended for my son for HS next year. I have no doubt that the learning level is good, and perhaps these questions have already been discussed before, but I'd like to hear from those who currently have their sons in this Yeshiva. I'd like to know about the connections of the Rebbeim to the students - is there individual attention, any focus on Musar, Hashkafa, improving Midos, Mesilas yesharim? Plus I'd like to know about the English program - what subjects are they learning, how many hours a day is dedicated to English? will the boys get a recognized H.S. diploma?
