how can I substitute parve whip for milky whip in a cheese cup recipe?
I want to whip up milky cream instead. is the ratio the same?
anyone done that before?

I think you can use heavy cream in the exact ratio. All of my recipes for shavuos says you can substitute it. Good luck!
